Orders
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where an item was listed at a clearly incorrect price. If we decline an order that has already been paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and measurements may differ slightly between items. A variation of this kind is not a defect, though you may still return the item under our Return Policy.
Stock shown on the site is indicative. Very occasionally an item sells out between your order and our packing it; where that happens we will contact you and refund that item.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Return Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes or government restrictions.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to TEKRAFT URBAN COMP PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
