Return Policy

If something is not right, you can return it. This page explains when, how, and what cannot be returned.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after that period cannot be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Items must come back:

  • Unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
  • With all original tags and labels still attached;
  • In their original packaging, where practical.

We may decline a return, or refund only part of the amount, if an item reaches us in a condition that cannot be resold.

What cannot be returned

  • Innerwear and socks, for hygiene reasons.
  • Items with the original tags removed.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page.

How to request a return

  1. Email info@pump.in.net within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. Tell us the reason, and attach a photograph if the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
  3. We will confirm the return and tell you how to send the item back.

Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed the return — we cannot trace unannounced parcels.

Who pays return shipping

  • We pay if the item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered.
  • You pay for returns of change of mind, wrong size ordered, or any other reason within your control.

Wrong or damaged items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, with a photograph. We will arrange collection and send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a fresh order for the size or colour you want, so you are not waiting on two shipments in sequence.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at any time before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number as early as you can. Once an order has been handed to the courier it must be returned rather than cancelled.

Once we receive and check a returned item, refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
