Refund Policy

This page explains when a refund is issued, how it is paid, and how long it takes. It works alongside our Return Policy, which sets out what can be returned.

When a refund is issued

  • An approved return has reached us and passed inspection.
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
  • We could not fulfil your order, for example because an item was out of stock.
  • An item arrived damaged, defective, or was not the item you ordered.

How long it takes

We approve refunds within 2 business days of receiving and checking a returned item. Once approved, the money is released immediately to your bank or card issuer, who typically credit it within 5 to 7 business days.

That final step is controlled by your bank, not by us. If it has been longer than 7 business days since we confirmed your refund, contact us with your order number and we will share the payment reference so you can trace it with your bank.

How the money is returned

  • Card, UPI and net banking – refunded to the same account or card used to pay. We cannot redirect a refund to a different account.
  • Cash on Delivery – refunded by bank transfer. We will ask you for account details, and we will only ever ask for them by email from our own address.

We will never ask you for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or an OTP in order to process a refund. Anyone who does is not us.

What is refunded

  • The price you paid for the returned item, including the GST charged on it.
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is our fault — a damaged, defective or incorrect item — or where we cancelled the order.
  • Return shipping costs are refunded on the same basis, as set out in the Return Policy.

Partial refunds

Where an item comes back showing use, missing tags, or damage that happened after delivery, we may issue a partial refund. We will always tell you the amount and the reason before processing it.
