This policy explains what personal information TEKRAFT URBAN COMP PRIVATE LIMITED (“Pump”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use pump.in.net, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

- Information you give us – your name, email address, mobile number, and billing and delivery addresses when you create an account or place an order.
- Order information – the items you buy, order value, and order history.
- Technical information – IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site secure and working correctly.
Payment information
We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. All payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay, on their own secure systems. We receive only the outcome of the payment and a reference number.
How we use your information
- To process, pack, deliver and invoice your orders.
- To send you order confirmations, payment confirmations and delivery updates by email and SMS.
- To respond to your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To meet our legal obligations, including tax and accounting records.
Order and payment messages are service communications and are sent to every customer. They are not marketing, and you cannot opt out of them while an order is in progress.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with parties who need it to complete your order:
- Our payment gateway, to take and verify payment.
- Our delivery partners, who need your name, address and mobile number.
- Our email and SMS providers, to send you order updates.
- Government authorities, where we are required by law to disclose it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for as long as tax and company law require. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account. Write to us at info@pump.in.net and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to keep records connected to completed orders even after an account is closed, where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember the contents of your basket, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site — including checkout — will not work correctly without them.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
