Payment Policy

How you can pay

We accept payment online through our payment gateway, Razorpay, which supports credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.

Prices and taxes

All prices on pump.in.net are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. The price you see on the product page is the price of the item — no tax is added afterwards at checkout. The GST component is shown separately on your invoice.

Any shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Payment security

Payments are processed on Razorpay’s secure systems. TEKRAFT URBAN COMP PRIVATE LIMITED does not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials. The site runs entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

We will never contact you asking for your card details, CVV, UPI PIN or an OTP. Anyone who does is not us — please report it to info@pump.in.net.

When your order is confirmed

Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. You will receive an email and an SMS with your order number. If you were charged but received no confirmation within an hour, contact us with the payment reference and we will trace it.

Failed and pending payments

If a payment fails, no order is created and any amount debited is returned by your bank, usually within 5 to 7 business days. If a payment shows as pending, please do not pay again — contact us first so we can check whether the first attempt succeeded.

Pricing errors

We take care to price items correctly. Very occasionally an error occurs. Where an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you before doing so.

Invoices

A GST invoice is issued for every order and is available from your account. If you need a specific GSTIN recorded on the invoice, tell us before the order is dispatched.
