Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
We reply to most emails within one business day. Messages sent outside working hours are answered on the next business day.
Please include your order number
Quoting your order number in your first message saves an exchange and lets us answer properly straight away. You will find it in your order confirmation email and SMS, and under My Account → Orders.
Common questions
Where is my order?
Sign in and open My Account → Orders. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and normally arrive 3 to 7 business days after that. See our Shipping Policy.
I want to return something
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Where is my refund?
Approved refunds reach your bank within 5 to 7 business days. See our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or is the wrong item
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
I was charged but got no confirmation
Contact us with the payment reference from your bank. Do not pay again until we have checked.
A note on security
We will never ask you for your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or an OTP. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Pump and asks for these, please do not share them, and report it to info@pump.in.net.
