Where we deliver

We deliver across India. A small number of pincodes are not served by our courier partners; if yours is one of them we will contact you and refund your order in full.

Dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas can take longer. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full amount in advance. Shipping charges shown are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Tracking your order

We email and send an SMS when your order is confirmed. Once your parcel is with the courier we will share tracking details. You can also see your orders under My Account → Orders when signed in.

Delivery attempts

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. Please make sure the mobile number on your order is reachable — most failed deliveries happen because the courier could not make contact. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Checking your parcel

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or opened, please refuse it where you can, or photograph it before opening. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the courier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. We can change an address only before dispatch. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent, with shipping charged again.
